Terms of use

Everything you create with Kivio belongs to you. We don't claim any rights over your drawings, and you can use, sell or share them however you like. If you import images or other content made by someone else, make sure you have the right to use them.

You may use Kivio for personal and commercial projects. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app itself, and don't try to get around its purchases or protections.

Kivio is in alpha. Features may change and bugs can happen, including ones that affect your projects, so export copies of the work that matters to you. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Every tool is free.

Free keeps 2 projects editable at a time, counting every folder. Pro has no limit.

You can always export your projects, on any plan.

You choose 2 projects to keep editable. The rest become read-only: you can still open, export, delete them and play their timelapse.

To change which projects are editable, delete one. The app offers to export a copy first.

While your editable slots are full, you can't import new projects.

Kivio Pro is sold through Google Play:

Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment.

You can cancel anytime in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Purchases are linked to your Google account and come back on your other devices with that same account.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A refunded purchase returns your plan to Free.

Without a connection, the app never removes Pro.

Google Play shows prices in your currency. If you subscribe during the alpha, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active. If the price of your subscription goes up, you'll be told in advance, with how to cancel, before the new price applies.

To the extent allowed by law, Bloomit Studio is not responsible for lost work, data or profits, or for other indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

You can stop using Kivio anytime by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app or parts of it; if we do, we'll try to give you time to export your work first.

If these terms change, the new version will be published in the app and at kiviopixelart.com/terms, with a new date at the top.
